WIRED Magazine: Relying on BLUESMITHS Hydrophobic Shirts in the Backcountry

Awesome to be featured in WIRED magazine this month. Kirk Deeter relied on our Hydrophobic Kanaha shirt for his river adventure.

Its breathability meant he didn't overheat and the hydrophobic properties kept him sharp and focussed.  Like Kirk says- "it's how you manage wetness that separates  the contenders from the pretenders in the backcountry." We agree. That's we build hydrophobic clothing. That's we pioneered the use of Schoeller of Switzerland's  NanoSphere in knitted garments. NanoSphere is the best performing and most durable water repellent fabric finish we have ever tested.
